Manufacture for strength and stability. Combining a reclaimed wood surface veneer with Russian Baltic birch plywood you get the same beauty of reclaimed solid wood but it can be installed on radiant floor heating on concrete and on plywood. New wood species are also available to order.
Over the years of manufacturing engineered flooring we have found some of the best products to ensure your floors last for many years to come. Russian Baltic Birch plywood is used as the bottom layer. We then use moisture resistant hot melt glue on the plywood and immediately after, the wood veneer is placed on the plywood. Then it is put into a press while the glue adheres to the plywood and veneer. Lastly it is sent to the molder to be tongue and grooved on the sides and on the ends. Our engineered flooring is available in the following thicknesses depending on species. 3/4″ , 5/8″ and 18 mm.
